Get your heart pumping and stress out with this fun, high-energy, Full body low-impact workout.
Women 16+ | Starts: Saturday, February 7 (5 weeks)
Cost: $25 total
Bring an exercise ball and basket; drumsticks provided.
Led by certified fitness instructor Marie Jones.
Come ready to move, laugh, and enjoy fitness and fellowship. All skill levels welcome.
5:30 pm at the church. Cost is $5.00 per person. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
Meet at the church at 8:15 am. We will serve at the food bank until noon. Bring money for lunch afterward. We will be back at the church at 1:30 PM.
